The Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Campus Recruiting Summer Intern. A successful candidate will be a driven, self-starter who is passionate about working with people. As well as taking pride in the delivery of your work, you will be able to demonstrate close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will create strong relationships, be able to communicate effectively, and execute innovative marketing strategies. The Campus Recruiting Intern will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Team to develop a big-picture understanding of our campus hiring business, brand & values and act as a champion of our tagline “Talent is our Strategy.” 

What you’ll do

As a Campus Recruiting Intern, you will support the campus recruiting team in managing the summer internship, planning for fall campus recruiting, and assisting with the overall coordination of our intern hiring process. In addition, you will work on:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of the internship program, including event scheduling, managing calendar invites and managing presentations
  • Planning and coordinating events for the fall campus programming such as workshops, seminars, networking events, and social activities
  • Handling various administrative tasks related to the internship program such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing the program's budget
  • Schedule fall recruiting events and campaigns in Handshake and work with college career services
  • Align marketing efforts with recruitment goals and objectives
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to track and optimize campaign performance

What you’ll need

  • Interest in campus recruiting, human resource, or talent marketing functions
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptionally organized
  • Strong multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and proactive decision maker; Demonstrates good judgement
  • Easily builds rapport and an excellent team player; puts success of the team above their own
  • Interest in learning about an applicant tracking system, e.g. Greenhouse
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The annual base pay for this role is expected to be between $45,000 and $52,000 which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications and experience and level of education.
