Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Business Management Analyst. This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Rolling Meadows, IL. This role requires onsite presence of 4-5 days a week depending on the assigned role. This role does not offer full time telecommuting or full-time remote work. This role will join the business management organizations professional rotation program and can expect 3 rotations over a 24 month period. Each rotation could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Business Management Analyst:

Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Basic Qualifications for a Business Management Analyst:

Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)

The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Preferred Qualifications for both levels:

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
Have prior Business relevant internship or work experience
Have existing active U.S. Government security clearance

Associate Business Management Analyst Salary Range:

$ 58,400 -$ 87,600

Business Management Analyst Salary Range:

$70,600 - $105,800

Secondary Level Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
