Position Summary
General Atlantic is seeking an entrepreneurial-spirited Analyst to join our BeyondNetZero team. Analysts are integral members of our deal teams and play a vital role in supporting the firm’s growth and success. This role provides exposure to the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, to conducting due diligence and presenting to the Investment Committee, as well as supporting value creation initiatives across GA’s global portfolio. Teamwide engagement with exposure to diverse end markets and business models, including software, services, hardware, and marketplaces.
The 2-Year Analyst program is an opportunity to bring curiosity, initiative, and an ambitious mindset as Analysts work closely with senior team members across sectors and geographies. During the program, Analysts will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, thematic research, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management. High-performing Analysts may have the opportunity to continue their careers at GA through advancement into the Associate role.
About BeyondNetZero: BeyondNetZero is General Atlantic’s dedicated climate growth equity platform, investing in expansion-stage technology and services businesses that benefit from climate and efficiency tailwinds across sectors such as energy transition, industrials, infrastructure, and supply chain. Launched in 2022 with a $3.5 billion fund, the team has built a global portfolio of high-growth, increasingly profitable companies spanning software, tech-enabled services, and asset-light climate solutions.
