Data processing and Analysis Summer Intern

As a Data processing and Analysis Summer Intern, you will transform business data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and build efficient data workflows that reduce manual effort to enhance the team’s efficiency.

Assignments:

• Partner with the Commercial Excellence team to integrate internal and external business data into cohesive analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to building automated workflows to improve business efficiency.
• Support key analytical initiatives including but not limited to:
  • Coaching effectiveness
  • Customer engagement analysis (brand detailing, barriers tracking, messages usage)
  • Sales performance reporting
  • Market trend intelligence

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, especially Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SQL or Alteryx skills for data extraction, transformation and workflow automation.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Logical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Curious, organized, and able to collaborate as a team player.
• Optional skills: experience with Power Automate or UiPath
