About the Role
We’re hiring a detail-oriented intern to modernize our internal IT DevOps knowledge base—process guidelines, SOPs, how to guides, examples, samples, FAQs, and internal training videos. You will frequently use AIA internal AI tools to update and improve documents; well performer can also learn to write source inputs for AI generation (and verify outputs). This is a hands on role collaborating with DevOps engineers, platform teams, security team and release managers to keep content accurate, searchable, and easy to consume.Internship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026
The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Quality Assurance - DevOps Department, you may be involved in
Update and standardize process docs, runbooks, SOPs, onboarding guides, FAQs, examples/samples for CI/CD workflows, pipelines, environments, and service operations
Convert tribal knowledge into repeatable documentation with step‑by‑step procedures, decision trees, and “known issues / gotchas"
Write prompt‑ready content (structured inputs, context packs) to feed AI tools for draft generation; review, fact‑check, and finalize
Use AIA Copilot to summarize, generate first drafts, improve clarity, localize phrasing, and produce new version of documents, FAQs/checklists
Capture screen‑recorded demos of DevOps processes (e.g., pipeline config, rollback steps, dashboard reviews).
Create diagrams and visual SOPs using templates.
What you will need:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Strong writing skills in clear, concise technical English (bonus: Chinese bilingual)
Docs: Confluence, SharePoint, Office/365.
What you will learn:

Communication with engineers and stakeholders.
