About the Role
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026
The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Agency Platform Portfolio Management & Business Enablement Department, you may be involved in
Immersion in the agency digital application landscape
Review and rewrite documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with insurance-specific terminology.
Format content and metadata to optimize retrieval performance of GenAI chatbot systems.
Conduct quality assurance checks to validate AI retrievability standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to log updates and incorporate feedback.
Support ad-hoc data and documentation tasks as required.
What you will need:
Undergraduate student (or above) in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Information Management or related disciplines.
Exposure to insurance-related or AI projects is a plus.
Excellent teammate and curious learner
Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced work environment.
Strong command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
Strong digital literacy with proficient in Microsoft Office
