About the Role
Provide day-to-day support to the Agency Platform Portfolio Management & Business Enablement team, on a full-time or part-time basis, while developing practical knowledge of the business area, the company, and the industry.Internship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026
The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Agency Platform Portfolio Management & Business Enablement Department, you may be involved in
Immersion in the agency digital application landscape.
Review and rewrite documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with insurance-specific terminology.
Format content and metadata to optimize retrieval performance of GenAI chatbot systems.
Conduct quality assurance checks to validate AI retrievability standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to log updates and incorporate feedback.
Support ad-hoc data and documentation tasks as required.
What you will need:
University students (or above) major in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Information Management or related disciplines.
Exposure to insurance or AI projects is a plus.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Good command of spoken and written English
