About the Role

Provide day-to-day support to the Agency Platform Portfolio Management & Business Enablement team, on a full-time or part-time basis, while developing practical knowledge of the business area, the company, and the industry.

Internship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026

The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Agency Platform Portfolio Management & Business Enablement Department, you may be involved in

  • Immersion in the agency digital application landscape.

  • Review and rewrite documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with insurance-specific terminology.

  • Format content and metadata to optimize retrieval performance of GenAI chatbot systems.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to validate AI retrievability standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to log updates and incorporate feedback.

  • Support ad-hoc data and documentation tasks as required.

What you will need:

  • University students (or above) major in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Information Management or related disciplines.

  • Exposure to insurance or AI projects is a plus.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good command of spoken and written English
