About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry

Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026

The purpose of our internship programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

In the Strategy and Transformation team, you may be involved in:

  • Conduct industry, market, and competitor research, including market sizing, to identify key trends, risks, and growth opportunities

  • Gather internal and external data, perform analysis, and translate insights into clear, actionable reports

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to support problem‑solving and delivery of strategic and analytical projects

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance in‑house databases, dashboards, and analytics to support effective decision‑making

  • Support management communications by conducting content research and drafting initial key messages and materials

  • Assist in the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, financial analysis, modelling, valuation, and business case development

  • Support due diligence activities for transactions and strategic investments, including preparation of analysis and documentation

  • Work on cross‑functional projects in collaboration with Distribution Channels, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations, including preparation of executive‑level materials, workshops, process improvements, and other duties as assigned

What you will need:

  • Undergraduate students (or above) from Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines, preferably in your penultimate year of study

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and curiosity to learn

  • Ability to multi‑task, adapt quickly, and work in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Strong digital literacy required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Working knowledge of AI and generative AI tools is an advantage

  • Proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
