About the Role
- Familiarization of daily operations of Macau IT team and basic knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau BranchInternship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026
The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Technology Department, you may be involved in
Understand the daily operations of IT team
Help Desk service operation, assist to handle daily IT general enquiries
Escalate the complicated unresolve problem to on-site support teams. The escalation tasks place either through call transferring or ticketing systems
Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance, such as PC, printer, scanner, mobile device, etc
Provide support for APPs installation and troubleshooting
Assist in organizing and updating existing IT procedure document
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
What you will need:
University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 major in Computer Science or Information Technology
General knowledge of computer systems, PC repairment and network management
Good team player, effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong at problem analysis and decision making
Outgoing personality with effective presentation skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
