About the Role

Assist project, data and process improvement related tasks to build practical experience in corporate client service operations.

Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026

The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Corporate Client Service Department, you may be involved in

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist in project progress tracking, milestone monitoring, and status updates for strategic initiatives within Corporate Client Service
  • Support the coordination with internal stakeholders to support day‑to‑day project activities
  • Assist in user requirement gathering and documentation
  • Help prepare user guides, test cases, and rollout materials where required

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Perform data collection, consolidation, and basic data analysis
  • Prepare dashboards, or summaries to identify trends, observations, or operational insights

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Participate in operations process analysis and reengineering initiatives
  • Assist in process mapping, workflow reviews, and process updates
  • Support documentation and SOP drafting for relevant operational processes

What you will need:

  • Penultimate‑year undergraduate students from business or science-related disciplines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA/macro writing and Python is preferred
  • Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation tools is an advantage
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and confident working with data and systems
  • A good team player with a curious mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi‑task, adapt quickly, and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
