As a NCG (New College Graduate) Test Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, you will be instrumental in the development and validation semiconductor products. You will gain hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and execution of test solutions for various NXP technologies, contributing to the quality and reliability of our next-generation devices.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and debug test programs, test patterns for semiconductor devices.
Perform product qualification, characterization and release on ATE, e.g. temperature characterization, correlation, R&R (MSC), etc.
Drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test failure analysis etc.
Control the change on test program and test hardware using a structured process.
Support fab/assembly/test center transfers, new product introduction and volume ramp-up.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the testing process.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering ,Computer Engineering or Relate field.
Strong analytical skills, understanding of digital and analog electronic circuits.
Proficiency in at least one programming language e.g. Java/VBT / C++ programming.
Familiarity with semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to high-quality product development and able to work under pressure.
Will and ability to work with international teams and available for travelling oversea due to assignment.
