Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models and agentic AI solutions for complex enterprise tasks.
2. Implement LLM workflows, including pretraining, fine-tuning, and RAG-based pipelines, to enhance content generation and information retrieval.
3. Build and manage customizable AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph & CrewAI.
4. Apply prompt engineering and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to optimize AI performance and integration into applications.
5. Deliver rapid PoCs and scale them into production-grade solutions across Azure, AWS, and Databricks.
6. Monitor and refine AI model and agent performance, experimenting with prompts, retrieval strategies, and model configurations.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and business processes while adhering to responsible AI practices.
Mandatory Skills:
1. 3+ years of experience designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs, generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and Databricks.
2. Expertise in RAG workflows, prompt engineering, and context-aware AI optimization.
3. Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous decision-making and multi-step task execution.
4. Strong expertise in AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Databricks for building, fine-tuning, and deploying enterprise-scale generative and agentic AI solutions.
5. Proven ability to optimize AI models for production: inference speed, memory efficiency, and resource utilization.
6. Experience with multi-agent orchestration, observability, and enterprise-scale AI deployments.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
2. Good communication & Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and partner teams
3. Must be a quick learner & Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
4. Excellent Problem solving, Critical thinking & Analytics skills.
5. Proficiency in English(Oral & Written).
