Job Description:
Job duties include, but are not limited to: clean and sanitize production line operating equipment (ovens, coolers), clean and sanitize baking equipment including: dough/frosting bins, dies and trays, operate floor scrubber to clean concrete floor, sweep and mop areas, clean and sanitize any bodily fluid spills following established Bloodborne Pathogen Training, clean and sanitize all drains, management of water on floors. The sanitation technician spends a majority of their 8 hour shift cleaning the plant and its equipment in temperatures that range from 70-110 degrees. There are many physical demands. Other duties as assigned.
