Programme dates: 1st September 2026 – 31st August 2027

You must be available to participate in the programme in person in Republic of Ireland, starting from day one and for its full duration and for its full duration and you are required to work from the office 4 days a week.

You will join one of the following departments:

Transfer Agency solution is a key element of our service that we offer to some of the world’s largest and sophisticated asset managers. The team get the opportunity to work on complex solutions in our core functions including Registration Services, Dealing Services, Settlement and Reconciliations, and Investor and Distributor Services.  We deliver these services in an integrated, follow-the-clock model that sets us apart. 

Depositary services are provided to clients in Ireland by State Street Custodial Services (Ireland) Ltd. We are the largest Depositary entity in the Irish market, as we operate in seven other markets in Europe. Our size, expertise and access to talent across the region means that we can provide effective support to our clients. Our key value-adds are our independence, client focus, ability to deal with complexity and our expertise and experience.

Custody Tax researches customer entitlements by market and proactively communicates changes and new regulations. We support applicable tax processes including exemption applications, reduction at source processing, tax reclaim filing, European Court claim production and monitor capital gains tax requirements. Required tax documentation is monitored and collected for our global customers to help them understand their obligation(s) and manage their operational tax risk.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

Enrolled in full time education at undergraduates in the penultimate year of degree in one of the following areas: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related.
