Primary Responsibilities
Systematic Equity Alpha:
Support PM's and Analysts in one or more of the following analyzing investment opportunities, analyzing portfolio exposures and performance, rebalancing portfolios, evaluating tactical investment decisions, and assisting with product development research.
Work on quantitative research projects seeking to improve return and risk forecasting models, enhance portfolio construction and risk management processes, develop new investment strategies and/or pursue green field investment ideas.
Fixed Income Cash Currency:
Support the portfolio managers (PMs) in the day-to-day management of the Emerging market Debt (EMD) funds via daily reconciliation, order entry, fund planning, among other activities relevant to fund management.
Contribute to ongoing projects to enhance portfolio construction and risk management.
When appropriate, support the client portfolio managers (CPMs) with client-related activity, including periodic portfolio reviews.
Liaise with internal teams in the support of fund management.
Program dates: 22nd June 2026 – 21st June 2027
You must be available to participate in the program in person in the United Kingdom, starting from day one and for its full duration. Additionally, you are required to work from the office 4 days a week.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to execute independently yet also maintain strong team orientation
Passion for investment management, embrace teamwork, and possess high-end interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
Well-developed quantitative skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong skills and interest/passion in coding (experience in Python, R, Matlab and/or SQL preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical aptitude.
Education:
Third year students enrolled in full time undergraduate education currently in the penultimate year of their degree, in in a finance and quantitative field from an accredited college or university.
