Pay Range
$19.45 - $29.20Major Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to those ill or injured
Screening and referral if needed for health care conditions
Medication administration, chronic illness management
Assist in promoting healthy, safe environment
Act as liaison between school, family and physician.
Audit immunization records and student health forms
Document in the EMR per school system
Educate Staff on student on health related issues and treatments as needed
Complete online continuing education and attend meetings as requested.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Valid, active LPN license in the state of Georgia
BLS certification
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
The ability to lift, push, pull and carry objects that weigh at least 5 pounds frequently.
