Responsible for communicating with customers, handling daily inquiries, order follow-up, and delivery date confirmation.
接收客户订单,核对订单信息并录入系统,同步生产、仓库、物流等部门,确保订单顺利执行。
Receive customer orders, verify and enter order information into the system, coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
跟踪生产进度、发货情况,及时向客户反馈订单状态,处理异常沟通。
Follow up production progress and shipment status, provide timely feedback to customers on order status, and handle abnormal issues.
处理客户售后问题,如产品质量异议、货损、补发、退换货等,协调内部快速解决。
Handle customer after-sales issues such as product quality disputes, cargo damage, replacement, returns and exchanges, and coordinate internal resources for quick resolution.
根据订单出货情况与出货时间,负责订柜、安排拖车及装货事宜。
Arrange container booking, truck dispatch and loading according to order volume and delivery schedule.
订单出货后,负责制作并整理装箱单(PL)、商业发票(INV)等出货单证,并完成相关系统操作。
After shipment, prepare and organize packing list (PL), commercial invoice (INV) and other shipping documents, and complete relevant system operations.
按要求及时将补料、PL、INV 等资料发送给货代和客户,确保报关、清关及货物交接顺畅。
Submit shipping instructions, PL, INV and other documents to freight forwarders and customers in a timely manner to ensure smooth customs declaration, customs clearance and cargo handover.
