What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform general cleanup, including shoveling material and sweeping work areas.
  • Assist plant operators and maintenance teams with routine tasks and basic repairs.
  • Support safe and efficient operation of equipment and production areas.
  • Move, load, and handle materials as directed to maintain plant flow.
  • Follow all safety practices and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to work safely and follow established procedures in an industrial setting.
  • Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting, shoveling, and working outdoors.
  • Reliable team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working around heavy equipment and fast‑paced operations.
  • Positive attitude and readiness to learn plant processes.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
  • Candidate must be enrolled in a post-secondary education program for Fall 2026.
  • Candidate must be over the age of 18 years before the first day of work.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
