What You’ll Be Doing
Operate mill equipment to safely and efficiently process aggregate materials
Monitor machinery performance and make adjustments to ensure consistent product quality
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Support production goals by responding quickly to equipment or material flow issues
What We Are Looking For
Capability to operate and monitor industrial or mechanical equipment
Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team-focused, production-driven environment
Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving work practices and equipment
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
$31 to $32 per hour
