About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Engineer to support our global Technology Development team in developing next‑generation floorcare modules and mechanical components. You will work closely with R&D teams in Europe to provide high‑quality 3D models, drawings and documentation.
Produce high-quality 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for floorcare components and modules.
Support concept development, design iterations, and design-for-manufacturing activities.
Prepare documentation, BoMs, and standards according to Nilfisk R&D requirements.
Collaborate with simulation and testing teams to refine mechanical designs.
Support prototyping and design validation activities.
Maintain consistent design quality across projects.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
Proficient in 3D CAD tools (Creo preferred, but SolidWorks/Catia/Inventor also accepted).
Experience with mechanical design principles, tolerances, and manufacturing constraints.
Methodical and structured approach to documentation and version control.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of design accuracy.
Good English communication skills.
