Department: Technology Development
Reports to: Head of Technology Development
Nilfisk is establishing a new technology development team in China to strengthen our global R&D capabilities within floorcare and similar machinery. We are looking for a proactive and technically solid Team Lead who will build, guide and develop a small team of engineers supporting global technology development activities.
Build and lead a new engineering team supporting global floorcare technology development.
Plan and coordinate tasks within CAD development, simulation, and documentation.
Act as the operational link between the China team and the global Technology Development department.
Ensure high-quality engineering deliverables, including timely execution and technical accuracy.
Support cross-functional collaboration with Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Testing, and Product Development.
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
Experience in leading small engineering teams or acting as technical coordinator.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
Solid understanding of product development processes and mechanical systems.
Structured, responsible, and able to build an efficient and motivated team environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
