What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor and maintain efficient operation of production equipment and material handling systems.
- Perform routine inspections and identify potential issues to support safe and reliable plant operations.
- Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, and general labor tasks throughout the plant.
- Collaborate with team members and follow established procedures to ensure product quality and operational continuity.
- Respond to operational needs promptly, adjusting to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and remain attentive in an industrial environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the capability to identify and communicate equipment or process concerns.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Comfort operating or learning to operate various types of mobile and fixed equipment.
- Dependable team contributor with a commitment to consistent attendance and collaboration.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
