What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
- Provide product and service information to customers.

- Competitive base salary - $54,900 - $64,500
