What You'll Be Doing

  • Support daily cement plant operations through housekeeping, material handling, and equipment support
  • Assist maintenance and production teams to keep the plant running safely and efficiently
  • Perform inspections and identify safety, operational, or equipment concerns
  • Operate mobile equipment and tools as trained to support plant activities
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas throughout the facility

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial setting
  • Willingness to learn plant operations, equipment, and processes
  • Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
