What You'll Be Doing
- Support daily cement plant operations through housekeeping, material handling, and equipment support
- Assist maintenance and production teams to keep the plant running safely and efficiently
- Perform inspections and identify safety, operational, or equipment concerns
- Operate mobile equipment and tools as trained to support plant activities
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas throughout the facility

- Strong focus on safety and following established procedures
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial setting
- Willingness to learn plant operations, equipment, and processes
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
