What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
  • Support material handling activities, including loading, stockpiling, and clean‑up.
  • Identify and communicate equipment or safety issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a compliant and hazard‑free worksite.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to monitor equipment performance.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor, and fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following established procedures.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
