What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
  • Ensure proper concrete mixing, slump adjustment, and safe unloading
  • Maintain a clean truck and work area while following all safety protocols

What We Are Looking For

  • Valid commercial driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and related equipment
  • Strong focus on safety, communication, and customer service
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in varied weather
  • Reliability, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality service

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
