What You'll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems 480V and below supporting aggregate production equipment at Francesville and Monon, IN locations.
  • Install and inspect wiring, controls, motors, and instrumentation to ensure safe, reliable operation
  • Partner with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
  • Follow safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable electrical codes at all times
  • Document work completed and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated capability working with industrial electrical systems, controls, and motor drives
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently
  • Working knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals
  • Collaborative mindset with clear communication and a commitment to safe work practices

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
