What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems 480V and below supporting aggregate production equipment at Francesville and Monon, IN locations.
- Install and inspect wiring, controls, motors, and instrumentation to ensure safe, reliable operation
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
- Follow safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable electrical codes at all times
- Document work completed and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability working with industrial electrical systems, controls, and motor drives
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Working knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Collaborative mindset with clear communication and a commitment to safe work practices
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
