Employer: PricewaterhouseCoopes Georgia LLC (PwC)Job Description: The Senior Manager – Valuation is a leadership role responsible for delivering high‑quality valuation services while driving business growth across target markets. The role combines deep technical valuation expertise with strategic business development, client relationship management, and practice‑building responsibilities. The Senior Manager partners closely with firm leadership to expand market presence, originate new opportunities, and lead complex valuation engagements across industries.
Responsibilities:
Utilizing key valuation methodologies for business entities and assets
Leading large projects and driving process innovation
Conducting in-depth client, industry, and market research
Maintaining operational excellence in project delivery
Collaborating with team members in a dynamic environment
Engaging with clients at a senior level to Assure project success
Delivering thorough valuation analysis and reports
Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with practice goals, focusing on expanding valuation services within existing markets.
Build, nurture, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
Lead preparation of commercial proposals, pitch materials, and pricing strategies.
Required skills and qualification:
7–10+ years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, transaction services, or financial advisory.
Professional designations such as ACCA, CFA, ASA, CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
Proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and client relationship management.
Strong financial modeling skills, advanced understanding of valuation theory and accounting standards.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex analyses to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.
