DigitalOcean is expanding in Hyderabad, India. We are looking for a People Generalist/ Talent Success Partner to join our People team.This is a contract position for 6 months (maternity backfill) with potential to convert into full time as well. As a Talent Success Business Partner, you will be reporting to the PBP Director. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR related duties including, supporting effective execution of HR processes including employee relations, supporting managers and senior managers on people related cases, performance management and employee engagement. This role will assist in providing coaching and guidance to managers and senior managers to help recommend solutions to business issues as well as be the on-ground support for the execution of people initiatives. The ideal candidate will need to be strong on execution, HR processes as well as wear strategic hat during complex people issues.
This is preferably a hybrid position based out of Hyderabad and with in-person presence in the Hyderabad office, at least 3 times a week.
