Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies, procedures, and programs in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

* Investigate all SHE incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of Indian SHE legislation and regulations (e.g., Factories Act, Environmental Protection Act).
* Certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent relevant SHE qualifications is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to conduct effective SHE audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
