What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Senior Director, Media Partnerships (Health/Endemic) to join our Media Partnerships team, which is focused on executing the company’s strategy to growing, managing, and optimizing the company’s access to health-oriented media properties.This role will primarily be external facing and requires a strong understanding of the health media ecosystem, including Point of Care (POC), Endemic Publishers (i.e. academic journals), and EHRs (Electronic Health Record systems), and the complex relationship between supply and demand.

  • Source New Partners / Build our Network: Identify and engage with prospective partners who own health-oriented media properties and other health-related experiences that capture the attention of HCPs, patients and health consumers audiences.
  • Manage Partner Pipeline: Proactively handle inbound partner leads from external sources and internal referrals, qualifying and prioritizing opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and maximize partnership growth and revenue potential.
  • Lead Partner Enablement & Marketing: Plan, coordinate, and execute joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and partner training programs to strengthen relationships, deepen understanding of DeepIntent’s platform, and drive adoption across the marketplace.
  • Oversee Commercial Negotiations: Lead financial and contractual discussions with key partners, developing and finalizing agreements related to rebates, incentive programs, revenue share models, and other strategic financial arrangements.
  • Drive Strategic Partnership Growth: Collaborate with partners to create and implement business plans that expand scaled access to premium supply, unlock new monetization opportunities, and enable integration of advanced technologies and capabilities.
  • Advise on Product & Technical Enhancements: Continuously evaluate supply workflows, product features, and technical integrations, providing strategic recommendations to optimize performance, streamline operations, and enhance partner satisfaction.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years experience working with programmatic platform technologies, Data, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers and Verification tools.
  • 8+ years working in AdTech in a business development capacity with a focus on monetizing enterprise software and programmatic solutions with holding companies and agencies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, well organized, flexible, comfortable working independently, and have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and willingness to adapt. 
  • While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package, inclusive of a base salary range of USD $175,000 - $200,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
