🏡 What You’ll Do

As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:

  • Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
  • Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
  • Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
  • Document care using our intuitive EMR system

💼 Compensation & Schedule

  • Competitive weekly pay

Base Pay (depending on qualifications):
$70–$80 per point

🎓 Qualifications

  • Current Hawaii PT license (or eligibility)
  • Graduation from an accredited PT program
  • Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
