We’re hiring an IT Implementation Project Manager to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote.
The IT Implementation Project Manager leads complex IT projects including multi-site rollouts, acquisitions, and process creation. This role manages end-to-end project delivery, coordinating across business units, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure IT readiness supports operational launch timelines and enables revenue from day one. The Project Manager owns project outcomes, drives risk management, and ensures the team follows consistent frameworks and documentation standards. This position also serves as a Change Manager, ensuring change processes are followed and policies are adhered to.
Salary range: $72-$83k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery for complex IT rollouts and acquisitions
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional status meetings with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure accountability for progress and deliverables
- Track and manage project requests and statuses in Monday.com, ensuring visibility and accuracy
- Oversee and approve equipment orders, tracking, and deployment; provide executive-level status reporting
- Facilitate turn-up calls for network installations, driving resolution of issues in real time
- Document actions, decisions, and project updates; prepare leadership-ready presentations and reports
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes; own delivery of solutions
- Ensure a large volume of tickets and tasks are efficiently tracked, organized, and closed by the team
- Lead change management and stakeholder communication across business and IT groups
- Drive adherence to project frameworks, governance processes, and proper documentation standards
- Mentor coordinators and junior staff in project execution and documentation best practices
- Leverage business analytics to track project KPIs (budget, timelines, resource utilization) and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Prepare and deliver data-driven dashboards and reports to leadership, using analytics to support decision-making on IT initiatives
- Ensure IT change requests are properly submitted, reviewed, and approved on time
- Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, facilitating reviews and approvals for IT changes
- Advocate for adherence to change management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and reducing risk to production systems

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with ticketing/project tracking systems (Monday.com preferred)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Agile boards, Gantt, roadmaps, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
- Excellent risk management, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
- Familiarity with IT change management frameworks (ITIL v4 preferred)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; PMP, Agile, or ITIL certification preferred
- At least 3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably with multi-site rollouts or acquisitions
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
