AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
- Tasks to be carried out by the student:
Analyze and optimize business processes for automation using AI-driven workflows.
Assist in the design and execution of ETL (extract-transform-load) processes for data carve-out, transformation, and loading between document management systems (DMS)
Contribute to the full development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and business analysis to implementation and validation testing (UAT).
- Knowledge to be acquired by the student.
End-to-end Data Engineering pipelines.
Manipulation of structured and unstructured data (text, PDFs, metadata)
Basic knowledge of architectures for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Vector Database management. LLM orchestration and Prompt Engineering optimization.
Project management in environments with multifunctional departments.
Projects the internship will be carried out.
Data Migration & Integrity: design data flows between production Document Management Systems (DMS).
Generative AI Integration: Implementing LLM-based solutions for intelligent semantic search and automated information retrieval within DMS environments.
Tools to be used:
Code editors
Google Workspace, including google Appscript
Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, Google Macros
DMS systems as IBM Filenet

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Level B2 English
General knowledge in Data Engineering principles and/or Artificial Intelligence frameworks
