Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a talented Contract Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. This person will facilitate and manage the contract process, facing off with clients, vendors, and strategic partners while working closely with Legal, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance teams internally. This individual will report to the Head of Sales Operations. Contract management is a critical part of the sales process and integral to Arcesium’s success.

What You'll do:

  • Creating, preparing, and reviewing initial drafts of all client contracts
  • Meeting with internal counsel and customers and / or partners to reach an understanding and agreement on important legal and commercial terms
  • Ensuring the firm’s contracts are well-maintained and organized
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and devising plans to implement the changes
  • Providing advice and guidance to different teams relating to contract terms
  • Building and maintaining relationships and creating trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Assisting with special projects as needed, such as training the Sales team on contract processes, researching contract software, etc.

What You'll need:

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in contract, legal, or related work, preferably in the finance or technology field.
  • This individual must be an organized, process-oriented problem-solver who can multi-task and manage competing interests.
  • The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to work well with others.
  • They must be a self-starter with a passion for learning and an interest in financial services and/or financial technology is desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic achievement is required.
