Job Summary:
SmithRx is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Brand Designer to join our marketing team. This role is primarily focused on the design and production of high-fidelity brand assets that define our presence in the enterprise market. You will be the primary engine for creating polished presentation decks, engaging social graphics, and sales collateral that communicate our "Modern PBM Standard."
You will translate complex concepts—like our Drug Pathways Engine—into visually stunning and digestible assets. Your work will ensure that every touchpoint, from a presentation deck to a LinkedIn post to a multi-page lookbook, reflects the premium quality and radical transparency of the SmithRx brand.
This role can be based in our Lehi, Utah or San Francisco, CA office, or can be fully remote. You will report directly to the Director of Brand and work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a heavy focus on presentation design and digital marketing assets.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in layout design, typography, and the ability to turn complex data into beautiful visuals.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Experience with Google Slides or PowerPoint for high-end deck production is essential.
- Creative Spark: You can take a simple "one-pager" concept and morph it into a polished, multi-page brand experience.
- Precision: A "radically transparent" eye for detail—you catch the alignment issues and typos that others miss.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, from clinical experts to sales executives, to translate their needs into creative solutions.
