Description -

The ACS Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving customer acquisition and fostering strategic growth and

retention within the Advanced Compute Solutions (ACS) product segments by leveraging expertise industry

knowledge and building consultative relationships. This role focuses on advancing the ACS sales pipeline,

acquiring new customers, cultivating long-term customer relationships, developing business use cases, and

supporting account managers.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive customer acquisition and foster strategic growth within ACS product segments.

· Identify and pursue new ACS opportunities, while expanding and enhancing existing accounts to build

a robust sales pipeline and drive deal closure (including product selection, pricing, and closing deals).

· Develop business use cases and provide expert support to Account Executives and account teams.

· Achieve higher customer quotations, diverse business, and increased contract-value renewals.

· Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and industry specialists.

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of ACS offerings and competitors’ value propositions to strategically

position HP’s ACS products and services.

· Establish and maintain professional, consultative relationships with clients, including C-level

executives, by deeply understanding their industry-specific business needs.

Education & Experience Recommended:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role.

· Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving pipeline and business growth.

· Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships.

· Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading complex sales cycles

· Demonstrated expertise in consultative solution sales and customer relationship management

Compensation and Benefits

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $132,150 to $179,750 CAD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.

As a full time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company's group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefits—will be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
