What this opportunity involves:
Are you a Yardi systems expert with a passion for driving seamless technology transitions? JLL is seeking an experienced Yardi Transition Specialist to join our dynamic team in either Melbourne or Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead system implementations and optimise property management operations across our Australian portfolio.
As a Yardi Transition Specialist, you'll serve as the primary liaison between JLL users and our technology partners, ensuring smooth system transitions and maximising operational efficiency. You'll leverage your deep Yardi expertise to support our lease management, property finance, and accounting operations whilst driving continuous process improvements.
Please note: this position is a fixed-term 15-month position.
An overview of the role:
· Lead Yardi system transitions, configurations, and implementations across multiple properties
· Act as the subject matter expert for Yardi Core Property Manager, Lease Management, and Property Finance modules
· Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and new module deployments
· Analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy
· Support system upgrades, testing phases, and troubleshooting in collaboration with our technology partners and vendors
· Develop comprehensive user guides, training materials, and facilitate workshops for end users
· Collaborate with stakeholders across property management, finance, and operations teams to ensure system alignment with business objectives
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
· Extensive experience with Yardi Voyager 7S and Yardi Elevate products, particularly Core Property Manager, Lease Management, and Property Finance
· Experience with Deal Manager is highly desirable, along with Commercial Café and Vendor Café knowledge
· Proven track record in both project delivery and ongoing support models
· Strong capability in defining and documenting processes across project and business-as-usual environments
· Experience working within the Client or Managing Agent sector
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders
