Obowiązki:
Udział w kolegiach redakcyjnych dotyczących planowania pracy zespołów premium oraz obszaru news digital.
Planowanie i koordynacja pracy osób przygotowujących materiały premium oraz dziennikarzy śledczych przygotowujących materiały o tym charakterze.
Merytoryczny nadzór nad przygotowywanymi materiałami, w tym ich redagowanie.
Dobór materiałów do publikacji.
Planowanie i kreatywne opracowywanie wydań specjalnych w ramach obszaru premium (Magazyn, Magazyn sponsorowany), w tym pozyskiwanie autorów i koordynacja ich pracy (jak pkt. 2-4).
Współpraca z Działem Prawnym, Działem Standardów i Dobrych Praktyk Dziennikarskich, a także Działem Grafiki i Wideo; koordynacja przebiegu prac nad materiałami w ramach innych działów.
Wymagania:
Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w pracy dziennikarskiej.
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w redagowaniu długich form dziennikarskich.
Umiejętność weryfikacji faktów i źródeł informacji.
Biegłość w pracy pod presją czasu i w środowisku wymagającym szybkiego podejmowania decyzji.
Terminowość.
Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Participation in editorial meetings focused on planning the work of premium content teams and the digital news area.
Planning and coordinating the work of journalists preparing premium materials and investigative reporters working on in-depth stories.
Editorial oversight of prepared materials, including content editing.
Selection of materials for publication.
Planning and creatively developing special editions within the premium area (e.g., Magazine, Sponsored Magazine), including sourcing authors and coordinating their work (as per points 2–4).
Collaboration with the Legal Department, the Standards and Journalistic Best Practices Department, as well as the Graphics and Video teams; coordinating the workflow of materials across departments.
Qualifications & Experience…
Minimum of 8 years of experience in journalism.
At least 3 years of experience editing long-form journalistic content.
Strong fact-checking and source verification skills.
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and in fast-paced environments.
Punctuality and reliability.
Well-developed communication skills.
