Position Summary
This position works with the Facilities Manager to develop facility improvement and upgrade plans and is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upgrades of facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and implement preventive maintenance plan for the major facilities.
- Develop the facility improvement and upgrading plan.
- Compile the operation and technical files of the equipment.
- Responsible for facility’s operation management and troubleshooting of CDA, HVAC, UPS, elevator, vacuum system, power supply, etc.
- Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
- Organize the resources internally and externally to complete facility improvement and upgrading projects on budget, on scope, on schedule, good quality and good safety.
- Conduct acceptance of improvement project completion, collation and filing of project information.
- Maintain water supply and drainage and fire protection system.
- Analysis power consumption and prepare power operation data reports. Develop and implement ways to save energy
Basic Qualifications
- College or above with major of HVAC/Mechanical/Building electricity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience of facility management, familiar with electrical, air conditioning, fire protection, drainage and other systems
- Skills: be familiar with building, electricity and mechanical drawings
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft office software, project and CAD
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrician Qualification Certificate
- Efficient time management and self-management.
- Can work independently and under pressure.
- Customer oriented manner and teamwork spirit with continuous improvement actions.
- Communication: read and write English
