How does this role contribute to our collective success?
The Workplace Specialist is responsible for providing workplace operational support across a wide range of areas of responsibility to ensure that Workplace Operations are delivered professionally and effectively to both our external clients and internal AXIS colleagues.
What will you do in this role?
Facilities Oversight: Report building issues and ensure maintenance needs are addressed.
Café & Hospitality: Maintain hydration stations, coffee equipment, and support event setup and catering.
Safety & Security: Conduct regular safety inspections, monitor first aid supplies, and ensure security systems are operational.
Mail & Shipping: Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages; maintain postal equipment.
Technology Support: Assist BTS with IT needs and maintain organized tech spaces.
Workspace & Office Services: Promote workspace reservation tools, maintain cleanliness, and support front desk operations.
Administrative & Departmental Support: Coordinate events, assist with underwriting, claims, and finance tasks including check handling and certified mail.
You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

What you need to have:
Experienced in delivering facilities and hospitality services in professional environments, with a strong focus on customer service excellence. Reliable in handling after-hours emergencies and physically capable of supporting hands-on operational tasks.
What we prefer you to have:
Resourceful and detail-oriented Workplace Specialist with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills. Known for creative problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems, with a friendly and professional demeanor that fosters strong cross-functional relationships.

What we offer:
For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $40,000.00 to $50,000.00. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.
In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
