Assist in implementing automation tools to streamline workflows.
Analyze current HR processes and propose efficiency improvements.
Contribute to documentation and reporting of optimized processes.
You are currently enrolled at a university.
Enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business, or related field at university
Strong interest in HR technology and digital transformation.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus (Workday, SAP), AI-experienced abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
