About the Role
Procurement Excellence (Contract Management Support) Operational & Administrative Support.
Your Team
HARMAN Automotive Procurement Excellence.
What You Will Do
- Help in documenting, mapping and development of procurement contract processes and workflows.
- Support ongoing projects including sanity checks, data enhancement and policies creation.
- Assist in updating project timelines and status reports related to procurement contracts.
- Engage with internal stakeholders across Procurement and Legal regarding contract-related topics.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts (preferred) or in business administration.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel and Power Point.
- AI user experience
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of an international team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
