Working Student Data Processing and Automation

Your Mission

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our engineering team in handling and transforming customer-exported data files. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Excel and basic scripting skills who enjoys solving data-related challenges.

 

We offer you the opportunity to

  • Receive and process customers data (primarily in the form of Excel files).
  • Apply custom transformations such as:
    • Merging multiple sheets
    • De-duplicating rows
    • Merging or restructuring columns
  • Generate output files in the required formats, automating the process wherever possible.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Software Engineering teams to understand transformation requirements.
  • Maintain version control and documentation using GitHub.

 

Become a part of our team if you

  • Are based in Germany
  • Are currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields).
  • Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation).
  • Have basic experience with Java (or Kotlin) and **Python/**scripting languages.
  • Are familiar with GitHub or version control systems.
  • Value attention to detail and have ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills in English.
