THE JOB:
As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will be the brain behind the schedule—designing smart, strategic staffing plans that ensure every department runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work with cutting-edge scheduling tools to match the right talent with the right time slots, adjusting to the ever-changing rhythm of our resort operation.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.75 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Design and deliver smart scheduling solutions based on current business needs and exceptions
Partner with department leaders to analyze staffing needs and create strategies for peak efficiency
Implement best practices while honoring labor agreements and maintaining fairness and equity in scheduling
Track and manage key performance metrics including Service Level, Occupancy, Abandonment Rate, ASA, and AHT
Balance scheduling efficiency with legal requirements and service expectations to support a seamless operation
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Brings prior experience in scheduling and time editing within a high-volume or complex staffing environment
Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferably demonstrates working knowledge of Virtual Roster, Workday, and EKG systems
Handles multiple priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment
Exhibits 2+ years of prior relevant work experience
