Requirements:
3-5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday
2+ years proven prior leading Workday, Financials implementations
Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Travel up to 50%
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Workday Certification or equivalent practical experience in one or more of the following; Financial Accounting, Core Financials Banking and Settlements, Expenses, Customer Account or Grants Management,
Experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions
Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Financials and the related Customer Accounts functionality
Experience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting is a plus
Experience with project or workstream planning and management
Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives, including those that lead the sponsored research functions, on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project or workstream management and technical dimensions
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications a plus
