What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

NO ALLEGERIES TO PENICILLIN OR PENICILLIN BASED PRODUCTS
High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant GMP experience
Demonstrated ability to be Change Agile, showcasing a proven track record of taking initiative and driving continuous improvement
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Solid understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment
Ability to prioritize workflows based on available resources

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

Previous experience in cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
Experience of working in a sterile injectable manufacturing facility, specifically good documentation skills and understanding.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a structured environment
Experience in maintaining accurate and comprehensive records

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical Demands:

Extensive lifting / lowering up to 55 pounds, sitting, standing, walking, repetitive motion and flexibility in an office setting.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Position is staffed for first (day) shift M-F. Weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required to meet business or customer needs.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise

The salary for this position ranges from $18.80 to $31.34 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
