Key Responsibilities

  • Support Experience Design: Assist in mapping and refining user flows, task structures, and information architecture to improve portal usability.
  • Identify Opportunities: Help uncover areas for content and tool aggregation that simplify the advisor experience.
  • Monitor and Measure: Contribute to the development of tracking and reporting processes to better understand portal usage and inform improvements.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with strategy, content, marketing technology, and delivery teams to support portal enhancements and align with broader business goals.
  • Advocate for Users: Bring a fresh perspective to how we support advisors digitally, using data and feedback to inform recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, User Experience, Product Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas across different formats and audiences.
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ideally familiar with Power BI or Figma.
  • Experience using or exploring AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, with an understanding of how they can support digital strategy and user experience.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a thoughtful approach to managing tasks, systems, and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team goals.
  • Curious and open to learning, with an interest in digital strategy, user experience, and business transformation.
