Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

• Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) bist du die helfende Hand in unserem Team, wenn es um den Wareneingang geht – inklusive Zollabwicklung, Paketannahme und Versand.

• Du bringst frischen Wind in unsere Prozesse, indem du sie erstellst, beschreibst und optimierst.

• Dich erwartet ein spannender Einblick ins Facilitymanagement, wo du aktiv an Flächenplanungen, der Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und der Instandhaltung unserer Gebäude mitwirkst.

• Außerdem unterstützt du uns bei der Beauftragung und Steuerung von Dienstleistern (m/w/d) sowie bei der Organisation und Moderation von Terminen und Meetings.

• Bei Bedarf unterstützt du auch in anderen spannenden Themen unserer Business Unit Governance & Business Services.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Immobilienmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und bist motiviert, unser Team tatkräftig und mit Hands-on-Mentalität zu unterstützen.

• Es fällt dir leicht, dich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten und du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.

• Eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, empathische Kommunikation sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zeichnen dich aus.

• Du hast Lust, zusammen mit den Kollegen (m/w/d) im Office in Ulm vor Ort zu arbeiten.
