Job Description Summary: The Warehouse/Quality Associate is responsible for assisting with receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. During the seasonal period they will also perform quality inspections to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain copies of picking list, and warehouse schedule, pick and stage products in designated areas.

  • Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments, verifying correct quantities received and shipped while ensuring product/material are inspected for quality.

  • Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts as assigned

  • Maintain daily check log

  • Report damages and inventory discrepancies

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work environment

During season position will transition to Lab:

  • Collect samples to conduct basic lab work (pH, Vacuum, Salinity Percentage, Standard gravity, Free Chlorine)

  • Weight and product fill temperature checks

  • Metal detector checks

  • Assist in product integrity procedures

  • Record and file food safety documentation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or other Laboratory/QA roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving.

  • Capable of accurate measurement using lab instruments.

  • Time management and self-motivation for continuous improvement.

  • Warehouse/Production experience - preferred

  • Seasonal Plant – Summer months require longer days.

Compensation Range: $18.25 - $22.50 per hour

Position Schedule:

  • 6am - 4pm | Monday-Thursday Non-pack season | October - mid-July

  • 6am to Close | Monday - Friday During Pack Season | July - October
